Most houses on Zillow are not for sale, they are only listed with their public information. If your house is listed for sale, it will say for sale at the top of the page and have a red icon on the map. It will also have the information for who listed it at the very bottom of the page in a blue hotlink that says "listing provided by".

If you are the owner, you can claim your house on Zillow with the yellow "Edit" pencil icon on your home page under the main house photo. That will allow to edit your home facts, correct information, post photos etc. if you want.
