As long as the agent has released the claim on the property, you should be able to do this in less than a minute.
Step 1: claim your home (under "edit").
Step 2: under edit, click on "add/edit photos".
step 3: delete photos.
If you can't claim your home, click on "report problem" and then select 'wrong ownership claim" so Zillow can release the property to you.

If the previous owner, or agent did the proper thing and released the claim from the home, you should be able to claim it yourself. You would find this option under "Edit" on the home details page. After you've went through that process, go back to "Edit" and select "Add/edit photos." From there you'll be able to delete the photos.
