It is only for sale only if somebody wants to pay 1.7 mln(maybe 1.5) which is well above market value  we know that it is possible for people to have their heart on a specific block, etc and is therefore worth more to them.  we have in fact sold previous homes that way.

yes master is on main  if we got that much  we would move anytime
