Zillow has the price per square foot at $365 but it is really only $247. This looks bad!

I am not seeing the $365. for Jefte, however I am seeing it as an average. Let me know if I am missing something. There are certain things I can not change on Zillow. They add the public record which shows a different sq.ft.. This could be why the figures are off. Let me know your thoughts. Terri
