when this house was first put on the market i remember it being offered at 649,000 or 650,000. why has it gone up 20,000. if anything shouldnt the price decrease??

Just a guess, but perhaps the builder had it for sale without a real estate company previously? Maybe he is including real estate fees in the new higher price?

well thank you for the response first off. but i do remember seeing this house along with the red brick one next to it being offered at 650k. i saw this house listed much more then 19 days ago however. but thank you for the response anyway and for clearing up my question

Hello Joey, I just checked the multiple listing service, and based on their information the price has been $669,900. consistently since it was listed 19days ago.
