Ask the next door neighbor for her copy of a study provided to the city from DOT, Orlando has been opting paying insurance claims for many years. (PS when yard, house and street floods- rats come out of 38"storm drain that runs from conway road under this property connecting to 46" drainage pipe at end of driveway) Notice that slight indentation on the ground and the greener taller patch of grass between the curb and ornamental tree? There is a buried maint. access/manhole cover right there.The failure to replace the smaller 38" pipe that runs under the backyard, house and driveway to connecting to 46" city hookup pipe with a pipe large enough to accomodate the increased run off from the widening of conway by DOT is why this property will always flood.Orlando says its DOT responsibility and DOT says its Orlando city responsibility.
