Probably depends on the type of apartment building and the amenities. If it ends up being low income housing it would certainly have a negative impact on your property. On the other hand if the complex is marketed towards the upscale renters the reverse could happen to your property. Did anyone from your development know this was going to happen and did you have an opportunity to challenge the project?
