question re a listing

I'm a realtor who sold 1 Smith Ridge in Weston, CT in February 2010 for $1,400,000. Can you tell me why it's listed for sale on your website? (see link)
http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1E-Smith-Ridge-Rd-Weston-CT-06883/2140090932_zpid/

Thank you,

Jen Schwartz

Jennifer, You can correct the information yourself but, then what would be the purpose of this site?

Best to stick to the actual public records and let this site do it's own homework?

If you scroll down on the page it appears Prudential CT realty has the listing and it is coming from some type of data feed that may or may not be updated. You might want to contact them to have them update the data feed. Also, the prior listing agent should report the home as closed on Zillow if they did not, but the data feed would need to be updated first (otherwise it will keep coming back).
