There are more buyers than there were in 2009. Many are relocating from other states and looking for vacay/weekend homes. There are also many investors looking for those good buys.

Hi...yes I do think we are getting more of a variety of buyers coming into the market place right now.  Many people have liquidated their investments in their homes recently, either by choice or necessity, renting and some have money to move onto other real estate properties at this time.  With the new Tax incentive for new home buyers and repeat buyers, I think you will see a large movement in real estate over the next 4 months or so (one of the criteria's for the credit is to be under contract by April 30th, 2010)......

so you have investors again and home buyers as well, eager to take advantage of the very low interest rates and terrific tax credit!

Thanks and lets make it happen!
