trailo o 5 acres about1082 sq ft and a shop 30x40 and a gren house the land has been cleared off and water elec all is developed he had been living there for over 2years now. About what is the value of something like this  now the trailor is only a singlewide nothing fancy. but 5 acres at 10722 groundhog rd gilmer tx

Zillow is best at coming up with estimated values for residential properties.  What you describe sounds like it isn't within their specialty because of the extra shop, improvements etc.
