Hey,

The areas you mentioned have become a pretty hot market! The best thing to do is work with a buyers side broker so they can run searches on actual units on the market using RLS. RLS will have the most up to date/accurate information. Any licensed agent in NY has access to this, so pick someone who you like and also someone who can perform an in-depth market analysis for the areas you're looking to move into. This way you know you're making the right decision when you pick a particular unit.

Here's a quick snapshot of the areas you mentioned...

Ocean hill - median: $499,000 | $195 per ft² | 1,840 ft²
Crown Heights - median: $699,000 | $425 per ft² | 1,529 ft²
Bed Stuy -  median: $769,000 | $405 per ft² | 2,268 ft²
Bushwick - median: $730,000 | $221 per ft² | 2,925 ft²

Keep in mind, these are median figures, therefore something within your criteria may be available!

Cheers!

As Keith said - the best way to find a local agent familiar with that area is to click on one who advertises in that neighborhood.

look at homes in those areas here on Zillow and click on a realtor whose picture is next to the listing. That means he or she is a local agent whom can help you in your search. I'm in Los Angeles otherwise I would be happy help you myself.
