I have been looking to buy a house for several months now.  Is there a proper way to describe house features?  For example, I have read a description of a house, where the realtor says there are 2 full bathrooms when I went to the open house, there really was one regular bathroom and then just a toilet in the basement, not the same to me.  Are there guidelines to describe a house?  This is one of many examples I thought were not correct.  Any help?
