All I can say is hire someone who sells lots of homes. The top producers have a larger database of buyers and are usually more aggressive in selling. Do not mistake years in the business for homes sold per year.

A good friend who has sold theirs with a great experience can be the most honest feedback you will get.

If you are local you will have a feel to who is the local top agent by listings, advertising, etc. 100% you are doing the realtor a favor by hiring them. There is no way to dispute that. Do not look for a real estate brokerage, but for a real estate agent. Brokerages house success and less than successful agents. The right agent will make the difference.

What Really Happens When Your Agent Refers an Agent To You?
Article written by a Realtor

Don't think that's a good way to find someone to hire for Services for a Large Financial Transaction nor do I think Zillow reviews are legit enough to be taken seriously by the public

Good old get your hands dirty/elbow grease is the way imo...
Take this huge Financial Transaction/it's consequences seriously and the hiring of people to assist you seriously...
Agents are not doing you a favor..they sell services and you're looking for services so Shop Smart...get out and visit Agents/Agencies, interview, let it be known what you expect...find out for sure what they offer

Thanks for posting your question on Zillow.com!

2 ways to achieve your goal.  1 is to research Realtors in your area on Zillow & read past client reviews and the 2nd is for me to refer you to a quality, full time Realtor.

Feel free to reach out if you need.

Best of luck.
