If you are in Kent, you'll have your best luck looking at the rental range on Zillow and cross referencing with craigslist. The NWMLS didn't have all that many rentals last time I looked.

Absent a link to this info on Zillow, your local MLS will be the source with access provided by an agent. Use the request for data as a good way to kick off the interview process in selecting an agent.

There is no filter like that on Zillow that I have seen. Although it would be a neat feature, almost like a "recently rented" category.

Do you have a relationship with a Realtor? The most comprehensive and accurate report will be pulled from your local MLS. If you don't have a current relationship, simply find a Realtor in your zip code on Zillow, and request a CMA for rentals in your zip code. I hope this helps! :-)
