The simplest solution to some of these issues is to edit the home facts on Zillow as the owner. As you've claimed the home, this should be pretty straight forward. There is an instructional video here from the FAQs. (Zillow shows what has come through the public record, and doesn't manually correct values as Zillow has no way to verify the changes).
The three lot issue may be something that is not possible to resolve directly. As long as it is showing as three separate parcels in the public record, Zillow will show that. (The Santa Clara County assessor's map appears to agree with what Zillow reports.) You can edit the home facts to show the combination of the three but it would probably be a good idea to make a note in the comments so those who are are interested in the property (if you are planning on selling) understand that the home actually comes with three lots).
good luck

recently sent in a lot of major corrections to my Zillow listing. The changes don't appear. Why?
