Why is my home being listed as recently sold when i assure you it has not been and certainly not for 30 grand, I know the market is not good but that would be ridiculous

Someone more than likely confused this with another unit in your building. I checked the public records and the most recent sale was 2001, so they should correct this. Also, the original zestimate was $197,259 plus $15,549 home facts for a total of $212,808. Value range was $192,000-$234,500
