I'm no lawyer, however, having been a landlord in the past and now a Realtor I believe it would be in your best interest to cover your bases and have both persons who are owners of the property to also be on the rental agreement/lease.In the event this is not possible I would strongly recoment consulting an attorny that deals with real estate to see if having only one signiture could hurt you in the long run. It shouldn't be hard to find an attorney to ask. If you need a recomendation, please contact me and I can give you some contact info for someone that i've used and I trust.Hope it all works out!
