I agree. Consult a local realtor in your area. Also, you can use rentometer. It's more accurate than zillow and will list the rental prices of homes within the surrounding area. However, you have to calculate the averages on your own and maybe cross reference zillow to see if it makes sense. I've been using it for 5+ years and it's been working great for me.

Agreed, the Zillow community is a great resource, however your local agents with 100% hands on experience will be able to give you the most accurate answer, best of all, no charge!
