Section 8 is a good program with benefits for landlords. I would rent property to Section 8, but I would also screen the tenants. Guaranteed rent is nice, good tenants are nicer.

My friend does, and he loves it. He would not rent to anyone else. Safe investment, guaranteed rent, long term tenants because no one wants to risk being kicked OFF Section 8.
