What are you trying to replace?

Flooring?   If so, be careful with sq. ft pricing.  You may receive a really Low sq. ft price, but some companies jack up the installation price, pad price, transition piece, etc and you won't know about it until the project is finished and you are left with a bill.

Your best bet is to go with a company that will provide you with a sq. ft pricing that includes everything and the design consultant will leaving you with a JOB COMPLETE QUOTE.  That way, if anything happens during the project (shortage), it's on the company, not you!
