Sorry Jonathan,
The VALUE of a property or anything else for that matter, is what someone will pay for it. The PRICE is what the current owner is willing to sell it for, or in the case of advertising real estate, the ASKING price or WISHING price.
I could not pull up those links, so I don't know if you're looking at a list price, a sold price or a Zestimate.
Jonathan was right about Zestimates, not usually spot-on, but maybe a guideline.
Call the Listing Agent on the property and ask them. I'm sure they would be DELIGHTED to discuss it with you!

The price of a property is what ever someone is willing to pay for it.

Zestimates are just estimates based on the county averages.

As this property sold in 2010 for 5300 dollars, with a zestimate from 2010 says 35,000.

Don't use the Zestimate as your end all-be-all, but merely a general board guide post
