screen lockup?

I have viewed listings many times in the past, but now if I try, when the page is loading, I get an overlay in the middle of the screen that theoretically allows me to "get zillow email alerts" daily or weekly, asks for an email address, but can not be submitted, only canceled.  Then "there's a problem" screen pops up.
 I established an account but still have the same interruption.
Please help!  Paul.
