Swoody, you can contact me through my profile if you would like. I have a couple questions for you concerning the appraisal. I would be willing to do a Comparable Market Analysis for you just to make sure everyone is on the same page. Please also understand that just because if appraises for $298,000 does not necessarily mean you will get that on the open market. There are a lot of homes for sale that are listed 20 to 30% under "market value"....your home has to be competitive if you want it to sell. Click on my profile and get started!
