The listing agent should be in constant contact with the lender. If the appraisal was done is September, there is a chance that it won't be good anymore and they will have to order another one. Something doesn't sound right. Again, the listing agent should be in constant contact w/the lender. If they don't hear from the LA, the lender can just deny the short sale and move on.
