Thanks everyone - we're shocked! As pink stated in another post - if we can sell anyone can! You know this was the 3rd time having it on the market with many offers which didn't work out (financing) so it has been a hard hard road...My advice to FSBO get into the MLS & get a lock box - that is what worked for us (& much prayer). I hope you don't mind but I'm going to stick around - I like you all and don't want to go to the other side ..

Thanks - I believe the agent knew the area. She had been in many of the THs in this neighborhood before - she actually brought another person by too. She's a really nice agent - not pushy. Next week we have the inspection so I hope for a smooth sailing...

On the MLS 10 days - contract signed~!! Not even a low ball offer - full asking price! We were FSBO but boy did things pick up when we put it in the MLS...We listed with redfin - and they have been great! Keep the faith my friends...it will happen!
