I live at 404 N Curtis Ave Apt. B, Alhambra, CA 91801. Why is it that my townhouse is only 1,527 sqft while 7 out of the ten units at that address are 1,572 sqft? Interesting!

Public records show 1572 sq ft, but it appears when it was listed in 2010 the agent "corrected" the value to 1527 (should we say, made a typo).  

What is the simplest solution?  Claim your home and edit it back to the public record value.
