Sergio- I found it interesting that you asked the question as the OP for this thread and then provided the answer with your response.

Although, this does appear to be a very good bank, especially for jumbo loans in NJ. Do you know if they require a 4506T to receive IRS Transcripts for the past two years? Their website made no mention of this, one way or the other. http://www.spencersavings ... come.html
