Anyone have an opinion (or article/data to review) on a good condo submarket in Oahu for someone wanting to commute to Hickam? Ideally I'd like a 3 bedroom condo, 300-350/sqft, with an onsite property management company that will manage the place when I leave in 3-4 years.
