We saw your pics on Zillow and wanted to know how the neighborhood is? we have a couple of kids. I like the outdoors, but my wife worries about the seclusion and distance to grocieris/school

Hi Al,

Yes - this home is for sale and a great neighbourhood to be in.

It is a hidden gem with a fabulous school district - SunolGlen school has both elementary and middle at a combined API of 886 - and all the parents I have interacted with rave about this loving school for its close community feel and the close teacher/student relationships with small class sizes. The high school is Foothill High in Pleasanton again with great ratings and API of 878. You can't get such good schools with acreage around it at this price anywhere else close by.

If you love the outdoors and want to foster a love for nature hikes and the likes in your kids, this is the place to be. My neighbours have two horses and take them out for walks on weekends typically. Everyone knows everyone else and it is great to be part of such a community. A number of kids in the area as well as you get to know people better.

If you stock up on groceries once a week, the distance is not an issue.

The place is currently rented out, so I would need to provide some notice to the renters if you want to come by to see it.
