Here are the steps on how to remove your posting:

1. Go to http://www.zillow.com.
2. Log in with your e-mail address and password.
3. On the home details page, click on "edit status".
4. Select the reason for taking it down (sold, pending, no longer for sale).
5. Click on "create your listing".
