So I have this cute little ribbon behind my name because I consistently spend time updating zillow with accurate information about homes for sale in Brookfield. It would be nice if someone from zillow would at least have the courtesy to respond to my messages about this significant bug that I have pointed out on several occassions. I really think that zillow has a lot of potential, and I truly want the best for your company, but you must respond when there are significant errors.
Per the other discussions thread on this, our data team has identified the source of the error from one of our data providers, and is starting work on a fix.

tax data for 53005 and 53045 is 2x $ - leading to hyperinflated zestimates

The tax records as posted on Zillow for 2006 in 53005 and 53045 are double what they should be, which has lead to hyper-inflated zestimates. Please look into this. Doesn't it seem like there is a problem when every home that is for sale in these zip codes is priced significantly below the zestimate? I have gone to the trouble of tracking down what the problem is, and have told you about it several times. Please fix it.
