Hi Philip and Edward,

I just wanted to follow up with you. Is there any way I can be of assistance to you at this time? I'd be glad to provide you with a market analysis of you home if you'd like, free of charge of course.

Regards,

Henri Revel

Henri,

Thanks, we are considering what our next steps should be, and whether to sell, or not. It is a hard decision, as we like the house so much!

best wishes,

Phil

Philip and Edward,

Thank you for the feedback, it's very much appreciated. As for the neighborhood politics, city requirements and construction you've had to deal with--I know what that's like. I recently sold a home on Elizabeth St. off the market. It was a tear-down with plans for a very modern looking multi-unit building. As I am sure you are aware, getting those permits and approvals were a major task.

I will keep your property in mind. Please let me know if I can help you in anyway. If you'd like, I would be glad to do a market analysis of what your property is worth in today's market. I'm happy to help.

Regards,

Henri Revel

Henri,

I am sorry for the lateness of this response. I had made a response several days ago, but it never got entered online for some reason. Thank you for your positive comment re: curb appeal. A number of nearby neighbors opposed our design as 'detrimental' to the neighborhood, but I am happy to say, the majority of neighbors seem to be quite ok with our house.

The house has been complete for some time now, having been built in 2001, it is seven years old. My partner and I are pondering whether to sell or not. It was a long struggle through neighborhood politics, city requirements and construction, to let this house go onto the market, but I am nearing retirement age and we do have other projects we would like to pursue in the near future.

I hope this response answers your question, and thanks again for your interest in 398 Eureka!
