Any information that you supply to update Zillow's records should help provide a more accurate Zestimate.  If the Zestimate is important to you, I'd update it. If not, I wouldn't worry about it.  It's not going to effect the actual value of your home, but for some, it's very important to have the most updated info on the site, and if this is the case with you, then go for it. :)
