hi amanda,
Zillow pulls all their information, they tell us, from city/town records so many of the towns are more than 6 months behind in RI in correcting their viable owners...hope that helps.

Definitely could be a simple clerical error but also could be a larger issue that was incorrectly recorded at the town hall. So I definitely would check the town records and then from there you should be able to claim your home and make any necessary adjustments!

Check the county tax records first. Zillow gets data pulls from there so if they are wrong any fixes they make will likely be over-written at the next pull. If they are correct, then post the address and what it should be in the forum, or directly to one of the Zillow moderators through their profiles.

the information on the purchase of my home is listed under another address. can it be fixed?
