I think there are two things going on here.
If Zillow has a parcel for your property, then you don't get that icon in the home details toolbox. We don't let you move properties with parcels because our accuracy is pretty good here (albeit wonky in Kirkland, WA)

If we don't have a parcel for your home, that means we had to make our best guess spreading out homes along street segments that we receive from the mapping companies. We do want owners&agents to improve the positions of homes that we position this way. For these homes, if its unclaimed or you are the owner or listing agent, you should see that icon in the toolbox.

Unfortunately, there's a bug in the repositioning right now. Our maps team is heads down on an update and is hoping to get that fix in during the next few weeks.

Please be reassured that the position of the home (within the distancees we're talking about here) doesn't affect the Zestimate.

Hope that clarifies some of the confusion.

I guess I'm not crazy then.  That link is completely non-existent on home detail pages of my listings.  I guess I found a bug.  I think something changed in the latest update here.

I was just looking for that link to edit the map position last night myself.  Where is it?  I can't seem to find it for the life of me.  I don't know if my browser is just not displaying the button or what the deal is.
