Once you claim your house, you can move the house icon on the bird's eye view. There is a video from Zillow that might help you do that here. Most people can get the house position on the map better if not perfect with a little tinkering. If your mapping problem cannot be solved by moving the icon, I would claim your house so Zillow can see what address it is and then let them know that you tried moving the icon, but you need more help than that. They may be able to help you more.
