If you are referring to the Zillow Zestimates there is no need to worry. These numbers are never very accurate and unless you know what exemptions you will qualify for they can really never be represented with 100% accuracy. Zillow is a great site with lots of good information but estimating home values and/or taxes is not one of their strong points.

More than likely, Zillow is not taking into account your Homestead exemption and/or any other exemption you have on the property. Someone who buys it in the future also might not have those exemptions and they would want to know the more accurate numbers, though the numbers aren't accurate anyway with Texas being a non-disclosure state.



the property taxes paid every year on my house is wrong. None of those figures are right.
