Thanks for the response. I understand you not wanting to go through with a listing process. Is it because of the constant showings? Staging? Would you consider a pocket listing? Pacific Union is the #1 sales office in San Francisco two years running. We have achieved that rank because of our extensive network of brokers and clients. A majority of our sales happen "in-house". If you would be open to a pocket listing, there would be no public showings, just serious buyers coming through at a time that is convienient for you. Please let me know if you would be open to the idea.
