there is a home listed on zillow as being for sale however, the listing agent is thru a rental servi

how can you find out if a property is really for sale for the price shown? there is a property on Zillow being shown for sale but, it is being listed thru a real estate rental b
business. it has a red flag on the property showing it as for sale.

Property management companies do have realtors working for them as well. You best course of action though, is to find a realtor in that specific market and have them work for you. Albert Elhage, Broker / Associate JB Goodwin Realtors

One thing to do is call the Realtor listed as the Agent to contact and ask them if they are the true listing agent. Most likely they are and will be able to provide you with correct data on that home. The chance of the home being incorrectly listed with an agent can happen but if the person you call is a licensed Realtor within that Local Board, they will also be able to answer the questions you may have on that property.
