in the apartment on the lease they told me for 2 years it was a 3/bd 2/bath unit one of the bedrooms has no closet. They charged me for a 3bd/2bth unit and told me there was nothing I could do is it legal? That I had 30 days from the time I moved in well at that time I did not know that they also had a 2bd/2bath with den same square footage and floor plan I printed it off today and brought it to them and they have nothing to say to me. Also the increase for the extra month is $400.00 dollars more that my original rent? Legal or unethical? Please some one help me sort this one out. Can I sue for misrepresting / marketing the apartment 2 years ago and the girl who wrote the original lease is no longer working here.
