Looking into the windows I noticed that the floor behind the kitchen was buckling in two locations, also the floor in the front bedroom on the left had stains as from a leak in the roof. the same room had a wall that was being removed. it appeared to be a closet at one time. the windows had all of the tinting bubbling off. the kitchen cabinets are in need of repair. the heater next to the kitchen was missing the top cover leading me to believe that there may be issues there. all the appliances were removed and the floor looked damaged. the facial at the parking awning was damaged and will need to be replaced. this is a repo for sure.
