this site shows that my house is up for sale. I was shocked so I called the realtor and they claim

The realtor claimed it was Zillows type-0 and that I need to contact you.  My house is not up for sale.  the address is 1814 SE 15th Pl, Cape Coral, Fl.  33990 and they are selling SW 15th Pl.  Please help.

I think that agent may be mistaken, but you can go here to the main house page and use the small grey flag in the corner of the agent information box to let Zillow know that the listing should not be there. My guess is that is your address was put the MLS in error and upload to Zillow from a realtor feed. That realtor also has a separate page on their website here showing your address for sale. Flag the listing so Zillow can look into it and email the agent back asking that the posting be removed within 2 business days.

As Zillow does direct data imports, it is likely to be a typo in the real estate agent's office, not Zillow's typo. 

But, Sunny view is right, click on the flag for the property and report the error.
