How shall I begin the process of trading my villa in (Florida) for a place in the UK, specifically in  Ireland?

Do you want to trade full time or part time, if part time, go and do a web search, there are a number of  companies that do 'vacation trades' . I have had clients use them and loved the results, some people will even leave their cars for the 'traders' I dont recommend that. Please research the company in advance.
If full time, there are also websites for that.
Good luck, sounds like fun!
