In my experience owning and operating a simple title research company, [hotlink removed by Zillow moderator] this type of situation is best remedied if the county has a GIS site that maps the parcels of land in which you can find you property and then get the information from the adjacent tract.
If no GIS map is available, the tax assessor has tax maps in books in their office where with a little work and research you can find the section, Township, Range, or Block your property resides in and the adjacent tract should have a parcel id or some kind of marker to pull the ownership information within the tax assessors office.
Hope this helps and have a blessed day.

Try the local tax assessor's office. They re usually on line and can look up by property address.

In that part of Florida the property record searches are free and legally available. They are public information.

As a general rule we (forum particpants) will not support the public outing of owner information. As the previous poster said, the information is easily accessable by you at the county records office (if it is legally available).

Hi ajbliss01,
Have you tried the Charlotte County Property Appraiser website? You can search for free. It can help your find the adjacent property.
