Realtors only need the neighborhood the home in question is located in and the zip code and they will be able to provide you a Broker Price Opinion of the Neighborhood.  In today's market, comps have to be tight and if sellers try to compare their homes to homes outside the current neighborhood, they are not comparing apples to apples. 

Neighborhood and Zip code is all that is needed to know your current market value.
