You may release ownership by following the steps below:
1. Log-in to your Zillow account.
2. Search for the address and then click on the "Map Bubble" and it will give you the home details page of the property.
3. Scroll down at the bottom of the page and under the "Home Ownership" section, click the "Claimed owner" link. Then click the "Release ownership" link and you will go to the "Release Claimed Ownership" page.
Please let us know if you have other concerns.

I cannot unclaim my home because the "Claimed Owner" link doesn't work. Please unclaim my home at 482 Corbett Ave, SF, CA 94114 as we sold it 5 months ago. You have the correct sale price, but the inability to "unclaim" a home on your website is enough to make me never come back.

There is no link to "unclaim" or remove "69 Engleside Ter SANDY HOOK CT 06482". I accidentally claimed this home while viewing it and setting up my account. The Zillow ID for the house that needs to be removed is 57336700. I have been all over the site, read the FAQ's and tried to follow the help instructions and can't figure this out because the links referred to don't exist. Please remove any association of "69 Engleside Ter SANDY HOOK CT 06482" from my account, screen name "4 Forest
