under contract???

I am surprised this house is under contract! I saw this house last year when it was listed around 500k and it needed tremendous amounts of work. Needs updating throughout, the property has no landscaping whatsoever and the siding and roof looked horrible. I am glad to see this house dropped to $419,000 and even at that i think it was overpriced. The owner owed approx. $360,000 - $385,000 so she couldn't afford to drop the price any further but you will probably see this house sell for 400k which is still pricey based on the condition. Good Luck to the soon to be new homeowners, i just hope they are not planning too have a family in this house especially with the fan in the basement to suck out the excessive build up of radon gas which can have harmful effects to your health.
