The photos Zillow presents are from third party providers.   Expected frequency of update is somewhere between 2 and 6 years - but I've seen some older than six years.   The streetview is from google, and I've not heard if they plan to do it again.

If you wish newer photos of your home, it is easy to claim your home on Zillow and add photos.
