uploading pictures

I cannot upload pictures. It fails each time. Am I doing something wrong. I find the picture with the browse button, then open the picture which puts it on the zillow website, then hit upload and it will not load. Any suggestions?

Hi Saffi-

Currently, our photo upload feature supports these image formats: JPG, GIF, BMP, FPX, PNG, PSD, and TIF. (Note: LAB color space is not supported). The website would reflect a blank image if the photo is not from the above mentioned format. Please try to follow our image guidelines so that the picture will be displayed properly.

I have also attempted to upload pictures on the site; they appear on the initial page, but after I submit they fail to remain in the system and disappear. I think you have a malfunction with your website.

We are not experiencing any technical issues with our photo uploading feature at the moment.

 

I see in your account that you tried uploading several photos to a certain property, but you might have neglected to tick on the owner agreement box at the bottom left of the page before clicking on Save Changes.

 

Without ticking on the said box, you will not be able to upload photos successfully.
