Hi Kitshenk,
I've already posted this on another post, but this is probably your best bet. I'm not sure why you want to know the value of your home unless you are trying to figure out if it is a good time to sell your home, if that is the case, here is what I recommend to do:
Your best bet would be to contact your local Realtor and have him/her prepare a comparable market analysis (CMA) for you, this will include information such as recently sold properties, expired listings and current properties that are for sale around your area. From this report you can then figure out the fair market value of your home.
If you are planning to list your home for sale, this is your best option.
Remember to interview a few agents before you select the right one for the job.
Good luck.

It looks like the poster is in Pasadena. Sometimes it's hard to say but usually the poster's neighborhood at the top of the page under the search box is the area that they are asking about. There are exceptions though so it never hurts to ask.

If Zillow has one for the house, a map will come up for the area. Click on the address box to get to the home page with even more information about the neighborhood, recently sold houses and charts. You can also contact a local realtor for a CMA or hire and appraiser to help yo
